Thanks to all who inputted dirt bike opinions....
We picked up an 85 (can you believe 21 year old??) Honda XR 350-R a few weeks ago, then decided to grab a little smaller bike that we could train my 13 year old Tom-boy on, a '95 XR 200-R, last night. These things are so built! The 350 starts and runs like it doesn't know it's age, and after some sputtering starts on the 200, we drained the circa-one year old gas and changed the spark plug, and she runs awesome. Samantha can even kickstart the 200!

All I have ever owned is Hondas (motorcycles) and been happy with every one. The
last one was a 1984 CR500. That thing would run like a scalded ape. I used to let guys at the track ride it if they could kick start it. Only a few ever got to ride it. That thing was a blast. I could roost anyone at will, wheely all day, and generally have a great time. It went from 0 to insane in about 2 seconds.
