Is that like a KISS coverband or something?

Re: anyone like AFI?

Not much of an AFI fan but I love Saosin, one of my favs. I think Translating the Name is probably one of my favorite cds (just wish it wasn't an EP). Really dig the Saosin EP too, looking forward to the LP next month.

You digging Circa Survive? I love it too but wish the original Saosin lineup was still intact.

Re: anyone like AFI?

I like AFI and I am 49 years old. I think alot of people my age think my taste in music is strange. I like Breaking Benjamin, My Chemical Romance, Chevelle, etc. My 17 year old son, on the other hand, likes the oldies from my generation. He likes Skynyrd, Van Halen, etc. He does like some of the newer stuff as well, but he tends to listen to the oldies radio stations in his truck.

my kind of guy...anthony green screams like a mofo and i love him in both bands. hard to say whether i would rather him be in SAOSIN or CIRCA SURVIVE though. i love both bands with a passion. but cove has turned out to create some of saosins best songs, and some of the new songs that ive heard for the LP have turned out amazing. what other music does everyone listen to? my personal favs are THRICE, SAOSIN, CIRCA SURVIVE, THE FALL OF TROY, ATREYU, etc...

Re: anyone like AFI?

I seriously can't wait for that LP.

Right now I'm listening to a lot of:

The Early November, Terror, Zao, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Underoath, Hank Williams III. I haven't heard of The Fall of Troy, gonna have to check that out!

Re: anyone like AFI?

AFI is one of my 4 fav band; others would be GNR, Taking Back Sunday, n Thursday. I have tickets for the Sept 12th show and the 15th. I might not make it to the 15th cause my bro's wedding is the next day.

I just got tickets to the Inland Invasion; who's headlining? You've guessed it Guns N Roses. I am so stoked. It's a month full of concerts. Well, hope you'll enjoy the concert. What? I know you will.
