Nice Cop

Well last sunday the 20th i was going to Bakersfield Ca on highway 46 on my titan with new tires. it was just another long trip going around 95-100 MPH on a 65MPH highway, when sudenly i see dust behind me, and guess what it was? Yes you guess right it was a CHP! well i was like what the heck sooner or latter i was going to get a ticket, well the cop came up to me and ask me for my usual stuff so i hand them out to him, like saying here is the info for the ticket.Lucky me i was born on the 20th of august and the only thing that i got was a HAPPY BIRTHDAY PLEASE DRIVE SAFER!

Nice man yeah I got pulled over once doing 100 in a 35 and all I had to do was call my mom and this was like in june I was 19 haha.

Cop pulled me over for speeding.... he asked me if I wanted to pay the city of Houston 225 bucks. I told him, ummmmm no. So, he just checked my driving record, and let me go with a warning. So, there are some cool cops out there... Same thing happened with me with a State Tropper, he asked why I was going so fast, I told him I had to $#!t and was trying to make it to the next rest area. He told me to just slow it down, and I got off w/o a ticket. Man, it must be my purty mouth boy.

Yeah, I'm jealous... I got pulled over on Monday, for 48 in a 40. Not only did I get the speeding ticket, but a couple months back at my dealership, I forgot to switch plates from an automatic to a manual 350Z, we drove both cars, and I got pulled over for no dealer plate. Sent them a check, guess they never got it, turns out my license was suspended. So now I have to go plead my case and try to stay out of jail cuz he wrote me up for no license on the ticket.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I was driving a dealership car, on my way back from trading with another dealer. Our owner is a former judge in the city I got pulled over in, and won't help me out. It was my fault, but a little help wouldn't hurt!

You all should of gone to jail you law breakers!!!! speeding 100 mph plus, what are you all thinking? hahaha got you just kidding. Yes there are a few of us "nice cops"

Consider yourself real lucky. Here in Texas, the Troopers like to nail guys like you and search your vehicle for contraband. They are hardcore!

You're right, but, I got caught by a cool Trooper. You have to bring out the 'yes sir', 'no sir' lingo on them, and respect them - then they will respect you. Some of them at least...

Man, those are the most intimidating cars out there....

I once got pull over for going 90 on a 55mph road. Now this happend when I was in college my parent live in Eagle Pass and I was going to school in San Antonio. This road is a farm road theres almost no traffic and in my wholelife I have never seen a trooper on this road. Well to my luck i get pull over Im all worried thinking what am I going to tell the officer. When I see the state trooper get off his truck I recognized him, I emmideatly (sp) open my door and get off the truck the officer gets like back and pulls his gun and scream " get back on the truck sir" and Im like "hey vergil vergil is me DOVA we play basketball at school together" after that he started laughing and ask me what was I doing speeding like that and Im like "No what r you doing on this road". Well it happens that like hrs earlier there was a big bust on some drug dealers and coyotes... he lets me go and tells me that theres like three other troopers on the way to San Antonio .... sorry for the long story got carried away

Congrats on getting off, you know Jan.1 05 our great state :cough: made tuffer laws for exceeding 99mph. You may want to look that and see what you dodged.

Sorry for the long post but here it is...

22348. (a) Notwithstanding subdivision (b) of Section 22351, a
person shall not drive a vehicle upon a highway with a speed limit
established pursuant to Section 22349 or 22356 at a speed greater
than that speed limit.
(b) A person who drives a vehicle upon a highway at a speed
greater than 100 miles per hour is guilty of an infraction
punishable, as follows:
(1) Upon a first conviction of a violation of this subdivision, by
a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500). The court may
also suspend the privilege of the person to operate a motor vehicle
for a period not to exceed 30 days pursuant to Section 13200.5.
(2) Upon a conviction under this subdivision of an offense that
occurred within three years of a prior offense resulting in a
conviction of an offense under this subdivision, by a fine of not to
exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750). The person's privilege to
operate a motor vehicle shall be suspended by the Department of
Motor Vehicles pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 13355.
(3) Upon a conviction under this subdivision of an offense that
occurred within five years of two or more prior offenses resulting in
convictions of offenses under this subdivision, by a fine of not to
exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). The person's privilege to
operate a motor vehicle shall be suspended by the Department of Motor
Vehicles pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 13355.

A while ago I was visiting one of my friends that lives up in Hisperia after I finished modding my Z. He rode shotgun and we went to some strait open NEW road that was like 3 miles long with NO side streets. So we proceeded to see what the car would do. We were hauling @$$ when I saw a dodge ram cruzing down the street (it was a 35 zone). When we passed him we were doing well over 150mph. After grazing the truck we figured we should slow down. So we pulled over off into the shoulder of the road when the ram comes hauling butt over to us with the passenger side window down, raises his right arm up, shows me his badge and proceeds to rip my @$$ "Do you have any idea how fast you were going?!?!?!?!" I told him I stopped looking after the speedo hit 150 sir. Then my buddy leans foeward in the seat and looks at the cop. "Hey Mike" he says. Then the cop says, "oh it's just you, Just slow down". That was the luckiest day of my life.

This one has me baffled. What did your mom do to the cop??....nevermind maybe I dont want to know! And what does June have to do with anything?

I NEVER speed. I always obey the laws period!
