i was @ 170 earlier this year, long and lean fibers.
now im at 190 a little more bf% than im used to, but im packing on some serious muscle. i only stand @ 5'11".

gonna start cutting after christmas.

haha, i hear you bro. i'm just a pubic hair over 5'11", you know us under 6' tall guys gotta add every little inch. I'm up around 229 right now. My bf% was 12.3 about a month ago, so i'm hoping to get down around 215 by december.

my pecs have gotten a lot bigger with the weight, but my abs have suffered, but no problem they are still there...

im going to cut back down to my normal bf% ~6.9% in January and just keep cutting and try to stay at 190 which gets harder for me when i lose body fat.
