Let the taunting begin.

Saw some up coming Toyota commercials and Im sure we will all be seeing them soon.Think they dont know of the Titans short comings (rear end and brakes).Believe me this part of the Tundra will be advertised like no other part of their truck.

Re: Let the taunting begin.

Yeah, I am not looking forward to seeing them on the road. I expect to be taunted at the lights as well. I don't race my truck, but I find it interesting that when traveling down the road, those Dodge guys creep up into the blind spot and then step on the gas to blow by me. Around here, I get that from the Chevy guys too, as well as the F250 crowd. Personally, I didn't buy this truck to prove anything. It tows what I need to tow, handles better than others that I have driven, and frankly is a good driving experience.

The feeling behind the wheel is what sold me also.

I feel exactly the same way. I bought the truck for me and me only. It serves my purposes and if I wanted something to race at every stop sign... I would have gotten a sports car.

Re: Let the taunting begin.

I hope that Toyota DOES exploit the rearend problems. Maybe then, Nissan will finally do something about it!!!

Just reread the original post and saw it was from January. Guess it was talking about the current commercial with the ring gear, tranny, motor and brakes. And it still didn't get Nissan's attention either.
