Is this true about Barack Obama?

Is this stuff true or just smoke and mirrors from those that want to discredit him? Got this e-mail from someone yesterday. Have not found out too much when I searched for info.

Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, “He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.”

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obama’s expected presidential candidacy.

There's no way in hell that Obama will win a presidential election, not because of his past muslim beliefs, but because he's new, he has not done anything to make an impression on Americans. I think John Edwards has a better shot than Barak. In the end, there will be only one democrat, which I think will be Hillary if she decideds to run. However, I think Barak will team up with Hillary as the vice president contender. So I think it will be Hillary-Obama -vs- Mccain-Rudy. Though choice!

I think Edwards has a better chance of being elected President in the overall election, but I think Hillary has a better chance of winning the Democratic nomination. If Hillary is the Democratic candidate for President, the @#$% will hit the fan. I don't think she is electable. Republicans will fight harder to stop her than they have against any candidate.

During the last election, Bush was very unpopular and the Democrats had a real chance to defeat him. They ran the most liberal Senator there is. The amazing thing is that he came close to winning.

IMO a moderate Republican is the most electable Presidential candidate right now.

Obama is a known quantity from his record in the Illinois legislature. He has also written a book entitled "Dreams from my Father" which details his childhood.

If you are concerned with the spread of radical Muslim values throughout the world, research the antics of Dubya and his Saudi handlers.

OBama -v- Juliani: Juliani
Hillary -v- Juliani: Hillary

I tell you the next election will be though as sh***! I think it we will have a re-count again.

Interesting, he does have a little land deal with a Chicago problem child as well as anti-gun stands. Just like any other politician, you weigh the good and the bad.

of course he's got a Muslim background. But he's got something almst worse, he's a LAWYER.

Barack has a few things going against him.

1) He's from a Muslim background
2) He's a LAWYER
3) He's a politician from Chicago.
4) He's a senator, and senator's generally don't fair well in presidential elections
5) He's a LAWYER
6) He think people actually like him
7) He's a LAWYER
