Re: got me a HUGE bike

Never did wheelies?!!!!!!!!! Get ya a Gixxer, at 85mph drop to third and pop the clutch a bit......now thats a wheelie, I love doing that, especially next to some punk in a Mustang or ricer wanabe. Hell I'm 43 and still do wheelies and stoppies on both my road and Mt bikes....and my sons Haro trick bike. Not to mention my street motorcycle and Quadrunner. Your never too old to learn.

Re: got me a HUGE bike

aren't you a pretty big dude, rcantu? you might have to retrofit one of those DR coilovers to replace the one that you're about to blow on the poor little XR50.

Re: got me a HUGE bike

Looks like they haven't really changed much over the years. It looks pretty much like the trail 50 I learned to ride on over 30 years ago, of course mine was sans fur.

Re: got me a HUGE bike

My desire to buy another motorcycle has been recently dampened by viewing a friend's X-rays which show what looks like most of the hardware dept. from Home Depot in his foot as a result of several reconstructive surgeries after a dirt bike accident. I guess the good news is that they decided they won't have to cut off his foot after a recent bone marrow transplant saved some dying bone.
