I have tried to look for the replacement on Direct Parts connection. But they don't appear to have them.

sorry to hear about your loss... but the most important things are intact, your wife and 2 daughters. you can always get a new titan... now you'll have an excuse too...

good luck with the insurance, i'm not sure how they'll call this one. just wondering, why wasn't she on your policy?

do you have full or limited tort?

If there was an accident report stating the other at fault then the other ins. should pay! I hope so for your sake!

Good luck!

Regardless if theres an accident report his insurance co. will not pay anything out......excluded= no coverage!
Just hope that the other party has insurance

So sorry to see an injured truck like that. I feel your pain. In honesty I got a chuckle out of your post:

First reaction- The Truck!:

"i rushed to the scene and saw my truck all messed up"

Second reaction- The Kids!:

"my 3 year old and my 3 month old, both are fine just bumps and bruises

Third reaction- The Wife!:

" ......................"

I hope she is doing fine.

Re: poor titan!!! for those with weak stomachs dont look!!!! good bye titan!!

Good thing no one was hurt being you have no insurance on your kids and wife in your truck.

I think your still covered for vehicle loss but not personal injury. MY sister used my old Jeep and rear ended a car and my insurance covered it minus deductable. Sister wasn't no where on the policy, she didn't live with me either.

Now put you and your wife on all your vehicles, doesn't cost anymore money and might even save you some money since women get lower rates.

Re: poor titan!!! for those with weak stomachs dont look!!!! good bye titan!!

that really sucks but its good that nobody got hurt. im working at a bodyshop right now and there was a white titan that came in and it had about the same amount of damage maybe a little more and it totaled out. if your frame is bent bad in the front and back then it probably will total thats what caused the titan i saw to total.

Vehicles can always be replaced, thank God that your family pretty much came out unscathed. Thats the most IMPORTANT thing. All you can pretty much do is fight, try hiring an attorney it may help improve your chances on winning some settlement monies.
