I have a neighbor that never takes care of here yard...Making a little yard seperation

Retaining walls are great when done right. I see too many people that dont put down a base, or don't level them.

I'm also gonna run 30 amp outlet with a GFI breaker on the wall for the TT to plug into. Undergroung sprinkler in that area also
