debt

recieved a notice to pay a debt that I think my ex wife, who i divorced in 92 or 93, opened a cell phone contract in my name in 2000. when she opened it i was in germany and did not arrive back to the US until july 2001. they have not sent me a signed contract that I signed, just a bill dtd july 13, 2000. I had requested a signed contract by me for verification of this debt. What do I do. also this debt does not show on my credit report.

I think you are doing what you need to. Force them to show that you are responsible for payment through a documented sales agreement.
