Just don't plug it into an ihome radio or any Ipod car integration kit. I thought I had a free car charger when I plugged it into my JVC ipod kit but I guess the voltage is a lot higher and it ended up destroying my battery. Luckily apple's customer service is awesome and they fixed it. Sent me a loaner phone priority overnight, and sent me a new phone about 2 days later. Their customer service is really great.

People can bag on the iPhone as much as they want but it is a very useful gadget. Heck, I can hand the iPhone to any one on the street and within 30seconds, they can figure out how to surf the web, make calls, and use it as an iPod. The wow factor of this thing is still there.

I don't have the iphone but i have the new 16g itouch and i love it. I had the 60g ipod video but after playing with the new itouch i had to have it. The thing is great when your sitting in class and you can waste time by surfing titan talk. Going to class isn't so bad anymore.

You can mod the iphone/itouch to run 3rd party programs. Just google modmyifone.

i also agree that people can bag on mac's all they want but i have never had an issue with any of my stuff. now that i have the iphone i am 100% mac and no more windows.... anyways i like it

I have some questions about the iphone. How does the speakerphone sound as well as ringtones? Does it vibrate pretty hard? I read somewhere that you cant choose what music to put on there because it only auto syncs, is that true?
