Lifted Trucks

Just wondering who on here that has a lifted truck now, had a lifted truck before you got the Titan? If so post pics of your old ride and the Titan!

Here's my most recent: 1996 F350 Powerstroke Diesel with 13" of lift on 46" Baja Claws with a banks kit (w/ upgraded turbo), a superchips programmer, true duals, and some other goodies.

And the Titan: Mods in my sig.

Re: Lifted Trucks

I had a little tacoma 4x4 with a 6" lift and 33's. Rocked the sand pits, and tore up the swamp.

Heres a pic of me yanking out my buddy's sunken wrangler...

This was taken out near the entrance to Palm Tree crossing, if you are familiar with Melbourne.

Re: Lifted Trucks

Yeah I miss that truck...just needed more room and power.

Biggest brag I have was when my buddies 2500 Durimax couldnt yank out my other buddies F250...2 tugs and the yota had him out. Interesting enough it was in the same area as that wrangler above was posted.

A few years back we were out a bout a 2 miles inbound from that entrance and one of the big trucks got stuck F250 on 44's. No one could get out to him so the sami's were dispatched...6 of those things were pulling and pulling and pulling, pretty hilarious. Wound up having to call out the swamp buggy a buddy owned he pulled him out about an hour later.

Yeah I had a similar situation with my F250 on 36s. A big dodge 3500 on 44s tried snatching me and couldn't budge me, then a lil yota like yours with ARB air lockers front and rear with 35s snatched me right out! It's crazy b/c usually heavier trucks are what you need for snatching, but that thing got me right out.

Re: Lifted Trucks

Nice lookin chevy dodson! Didn't really like those new Chevy's at first, but they're starting to grow on me. I think they look good lifted or lowered, but not stock.

If I ever have the extra money, not likely for a while with two kids though, I'm going to shoehorn a Titan motor in my Sami.
