Cell Phone SPAM??????
Did anyone else who uses Verizon recieve a spam email this weekend??? I have heard that it was possibly coming.
 That is something i just wont be able to deal with!!!! Verizon/AT&T this is for you!!!!

I didn't hear anything about this, but I won't put up with spam on my cell phone. I have been hearing rumors for a long time about it, but nothing specific.

I had the same issue this weekend, along w/ my wifes phone. A couple of my co-workers had similar issues. Verizon customer service acts as though they have never heard of this, but they were quick to issue a credit to my account.

I got one as well, at around 2am. The wife was not happy about my phone going off and beeping the reminder over and over!

When I had Verizon about 2 years ago I got some text messages that were spam. I called Verizon and they said they had nothing to do with it. I did some looking on the internet and found the company but no way to contact them.
I went on the FCC's website and filed a complaint. At that time it was illegal for company's to solicite to you when it cost you money (ie:collect call, text message). I never followed up or anything so I don't if anything ever happened with it.

i have received a few text message spam messages on my t-mobile phone. i would say in the past 6 months it has happened 3 times, once at 2 a.m. i am one of those people who only have a cell phone and it's always on incase of a family emergencey. i replied to that particular spam message "thanks for sending this at 2 am asshole" which i'm sure never went anywhere but at 2 a.m. i felt better...
did you guys get the verizon day light savings screw up on your phones??
