I stated that those who were caught wore work and hunting clothes. In the UP (That's Upper Peninsula) it is very wide open and quite simply stated, white. Black, Asian, Hispanics just don't cross the bridge and make their way towards Iron Mountain...so yes, those that were caught were white. Not saying that all smugglers are white, just those that were caught.
It was quite comical to see footage on TV of someone in a truck who was overweight, wearing a bright orange hat and hunters jacket trying to "hide" in the woods to escape law enforcement...
All white guys are not smuggling guns. All white guys are keeping the minorities down, keeping them addicted to welfare, and selling them drugs to keep their minds corrupted, so that the only thing they can do is breed so that they will vote for liberals who will feel sorry for them and enact more legislation that keep your taxes up so that the whites get so fed up that they kick everyone else out and make America great again.
Thought I would throw this last piece in to see if your head explodes upon reading it-you do provide hours of entertainment for me...

Both you guys provide hours of entertainment for me.
Some think that this back and forth is just an exercise in futility. I think it is good for examining what you believe in and why. I am interested in the exchange of opinions and how people come to the conclusions that they do.
Keep up the good work.

Kronos-the inside scoop.
Yep, debating allows me to have my own values tested and when I get information that supports a different attitude, I try to incorporate it.
I have been wrong more times than right so far in my life but I also have never allowed myself to be so blinded to other possibilities that I can't change my way of thinking...
1. Pro death penalty.
2. Pro choice in situations in which the mother is at risk, by rape, or where the fetus has no chance of survival or quality of life. If we find an example of it being used as a contraceptive, then the individual should be required to pay for and remain on the pills with counseling until such time as they can control their urges. If they can’t take care of the child, they shouldn’t be allowed to have them.
3. Choose an official language-we need a common language in this day and age.
4. Provide assistance to teach languages to better communicate with our diverse population.
5. If you’re on a government subsidy, you can pay it back via community service, direct agreed monetary amount, or if the situation is not of your own doing and requires permanent assistance in order to function in society, then you get a free pass. Hand up, not hand out. “Give us your tired and poor…” should not be construed to be a permanent condition.
6. All social programs are reviewed for abuse and abolished if they cannot be managed. Let’s reduce entitlements.
7. Use our military as military-no world police. If we are called to defend our nation, it is unrestricted. If we are called to help a country, it is unrestricted. Let our enemies fear us, not find ways to take potshots at us.
8. Shut down the borders and increase legal immigration. This is not the same country as it was in the 1800’s and the impact of illegals is much more severe.
9. Develop an economic and energy policy that increases our ability to be self- sufficient and not seek short term gains at the expense of long term needs. If you move your company out of the US, you do not enjoy the benefits of being here.
10. Separate church and religion but allow the practice to occur to the level that allows business to function. If you’re Muslim, pray 5x a day as long as you do your job. If you’re Christian, have a Christmas tree in your office. If you have a religious holiday not on the government list, be allowed to observe it in a planned manner to minimize disruption. Do not be so sensitive that a religious expression is meant as anything else than sincerely given. If someone starts preaching religion on government time, they get their chatckis taken away until they learn better.
11. Clear the prisons out. You’re either learning to become responsible citizens or you’re in line for the chair. Prison shouldn’t teach you to be a better criminal. It is not a hostel for hostiles. If you’re illegal and you commit a felony, you are remanded to your country of origin. Come back and get caught-the chair.
12. Pro-gun in as much as you should take a license and maintain it just like a driver’s license. Once passed, Uzi’s for all. Kill someone with it not in self-defense and you should be in line for the chair…shoot someone accidentally and you get the privilege taken away forever and whatever jail time fits being stupid…
13. Require a plan to balance the budget and reduce national debt.
14. Don't care if you're gay/lesbian and whether or not it's called a marriage or civil union. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marriage Companies should be able to define benefits not the government. However the government should also practice non-discriminatory recognition of gays.
15. Reform EEO. It is not doing what it is intended to do and more often, is poorly implemented and understood.
Find me a candidate who believes this and I will vote for him/her.

Two dudes kissing, while I find it kinda gross personally, does not infringe upon my rights, and if they like eachother enough to want to get married and be together forever, who I am to say no? I don't think straight people should tell gays what they can do just like many conservatives think it is stupid for non gun-owners to tell gun owners what to do.
I'm all for individual rights, but I don't draw arbitrary lines like our parties have done:
Gats (reps say no)
Guns (dems say no)
Drugs (reps say no)
Prostitution (uh both parties say no?)
Assisted Suicide (Reps say no)
I'm okay with it all. I guess this makes me a libertarian...but I'm also a realist (unlike most libertarians) so I want my vote to count. This means I vote for candidates, democrat or republican, who most closely align themselves with the issues that matter most to me.
Of course, you just assume that I'm a liberal who's all for gay rights TallTexan, but then again, you have an over simplified view of most things, so I can't say I'm surprised.

AD, you gotta get off that gay thing, we are ok with it. If gay is your way, it's ok. I am a simple man. I try to see things as they are, not as what some in society say they are. Some in society say gun laws are not to take mine away, only to protect the innocent. They are lying, they want them, just have to ease slowly into it. I remember the abortion folks at the beginning, just to save the mothers life. Now they kill them on their birth day. Guess I will stay simple. Ad, join those marines man. They are looking for a few good men to hunt down Osama. Remember, they got ''don't ask, don't tell''.

How about Putin? He would go for most of those things. He would love the registering guns too. Easier to collect.

Uh yeah, telling me to enlist, and reminding me of their don't ask don't tell policy is not calling me gay? At least own up to what you said...
I don't hate Mexicans either, guess I must be one.

Sorry Ad, I did not know you were so easily offended. For about 70 or so pages, I have went along with your rants about Christians. You have called Christians crazy, beliving in an imaginary friend in the sky and many others that I won't mention but is easily searched. You defend the gay way but seem to get offended if , in your own mind, someone is calling you gay. Why? Would you be ashamed being gay? My point, I never got mad at you when you called me a christian, using your many ignorant terms, because I am a christian and proud of it. Call me pro military, again proud, anti abortion, proud again, I am proud of what I am and what I support and stand for.
Maybe you should decide if you support gay rights for real or are you afraid of someone thinking you are one. Based on your previous posts, I would think you would be ok either way. Hmmmm. By the way, I am kind of proud to be a redneck too.!

Fascinating politician and leader. Desperate times call for desperate measures and while I can sit outside of his country and praise or criticize him, I do not know the conditions by which he makes those decisions. He is "popular" according to polls for what he has done and things that people don't like they have not escalated as bigger issues.
So what's the difference between whether or not the government knows you own a gun? I mean, if they put out a bulletin asking for voluntary turn in and that they were going to come and collect them, you'd probably shoot at the collectors anyways right?
So if they know you have a gun and come and collect, nothing really changes-you'd still shoot at the collectors...
That being said, AAD has always posted that you would be unlikely to stop the government from coming and taking them-they simply have more firepower to begin with and have shown a desire to use it. Remember Waco at the end?
It's when they don't come with overwhelming force that they get into trouble...
There has been no event in American history in which the populace didn't have notice of governmental actions in advance and could not act in time to manage. Too many checks and balances to prevent such action.
American Revolution-"The British are coming."
Civil War-States succession from the Union.
I'd argue that people who show paranoia aren't fit to own guns in the first place because they may act irrationally when rationality is called for and present a danger to themselves or others. I've had to do those assessments and have people carted away for 72 hours.
Guns don't kill people-angry, scared, paranoid, delusional ones do.
Care to get a psych evaluation?
