Got My Truck Towed

Damn, I got my truck towed about a week ago and this lady wont leave me alone. I park in front of her every day because I go to school. But she dont want me there for some reason but I'm parked on city property so she cant say anything. Today, her son came to me and quite honestly, I wanted to kick his A**. we had an arguement, then I left and he took pictures of my plates and my truck and everything. WTF?????????

i think its aginst the law for him to take pics of your plates. check it out and bring it up next time he comes out to you.

You can't find another reasonable place to park? Don't get me wrong - these people sound like 'tards but I'd hate to see you post about a big long scratch running the length of your truck in the future.

Dang, I must be stupid, but why did you get your truck towed and why won't that lady leave you alone? Does she have the hots for ya or somthing??

I hope she doesnt. Shes about 5' 2" and 450 pounds. I parked in private property, which I can understand. But theres a a peice of dirt between the road and her house.....which aint her property, its city property. She dont want no one parking there. She put huge 8x8 logs (maybe bigger) in the way so I jus put the 4x4 and go right over them. The only reason I do it is to piss her off just like shes pissing me off

I know where she lives so if she does that.....I got alot of friends and I can do alot more damage then she can. O yea, Kronos, Is it against the law to do that? Ima tell him that next time

Sounds to me like you should probably respect her by not parking in front of her house, I doubt your parents would want someone parking in front of your house everday. Yes it isn't technically her property, but it's more of a respect thing to me.

Hey, if she wanted respect, she would of asked me to move my truck next time and she wouldnt have came to me trying to get all crazy on me. And, her son wouldnt be taking pics of me and my truck behind my back like that. I already talked the the cops and they said I can park there all I want, its not up to her to say who can and cant park there.

I doubt she just came out and started being rude first thing, she could have, but it sounds to me like you obviously were not taught to respect your elders and you were probably the one being a smart *** first thing. Like I said before, no it's not up to her, but it is simply a respect thing.

What makes you so sure it's city property?
Are you a land surveryor?
Did you research it with the county tax assessor and check out the tract map?

I think you need to find an alternate place to park.
Then she can focus her rage on somebody else.

I talked to the cops and they said its city property and I can park there if I want.......thats what the cops said. Are you saying I cant trust the cops???????????

Yep.
Cops aren't land surveyors or civil engineers.
She must have had some legitimate reason for having it towed, otherwise, it wouldn't have been hooked up.

I got it towed at a different parking spot so I changed spots to the one im currently using now. They said if the lady bothers me that I should go talk to the cops and I can file a restraining order and a possible law sue.
