LMAO. I remember that. I work right down the street and when my co-workers saw they were replacing the Charlie Browns Steakhouse with a Hooters, we thought we'd found a new place to kick back for lunch. We've given that place many opportunities to live up to expectations but sadly it hasn't happened yet.
