well i sent the photographer a message yesterday via myspace....got a response

Thank you very much. I developed/maintain the website for those guys as a part time thing. As far as the pictures go... I just uploaded Angelica's pictures a few days ago. The voting cycles work for the following month that you vote (for example Jessica Rogers just won this round of voting and will be shot in the next week to get posted on the first of June). Angelica won the voting that was up last month and thus will be feature girl all month this month.

so it looks like the voting help worked guys
