i c chris paul teachin kobe and the lakers a thing r two...and it being a hornets vs celtics finals
C Paul will run all over us, because well, we've never defended the PG position well, BUT, too inexperienced, not deep enough, and don't defend well enough to match up with the Lakers.
I also don't see the Celts getting past the Pistons. They're an old team with some out of shape guys that haven't been together long enough, and really, have ZERO bench. Plus, the NBA has NEVER seen a team go from Last to First in one full season....it doesn't happen.
Does it sound like I'm a Lakers fan, bashing on a Celts team??? haha
Anyways, I'm a huge NBA fan and have thoroughly enjoyed the Western Conference matchups so far. I really did want to face the Suns though....just to stick it to Shaq!
Lakers v Jazz: "See you at OUR place" - Who can steal one on the road?
Hornets v Spurs: "We got 4 rings...how 'bout you?!" - Gotta win 4 against the defending champs.
Pistons v Magic: "Sheed happens" - Detroit comes and goes with Rasheed Wallace.
Celtics v Cavs: "We barely stopped Joe Johnson" - Celtics invincibility is gone and LeBron is "slightly" better than Joe Johnson.
the hornets WILL get into the championship... inexperience in my mind really doesnt play a factor when it comes to postseason.... just go out there and treat it as any other game, its when you start treating it like its a bigger deal, thats when pressure builds on you, 2-0 on the defending champs, comon how could you not see the ability to bring it all the way, we gotta have a basketball team bring us to the championship...cuz we sure dont have a football team that can

Experience plays a HUGE roll in the playoffs. Exspecially against a team like that Lakers that have many players who have playoff time and 2 that have rings. You may get the championship but it will be the Western Conference Finals, you wont beat the Lakers in 7. No team right now can do that!

There up 2-0 cuz of matchups. Good D on Duncan is why your 2-0. Just dont get to excited yet, this is still the Spurs. It could turnaround!

well i guess we'll just have to c, ur opinion nor mine really mean anything, its all what happens on the court
I know, greatest player in the game, 1st team all D, 3 rings, MVP this year, nobody better at the end of a game....what a fricken loser he is.
When were those 3 rings acquired sir?
Try biggest ball hog in the NBA.
Cheater....and whatever else that scandal brought out about him.
Nobody better? I think New Orleans will have an answer for that statement. Yes he might score 30-40, but the rest of team usually suffers and they never make the finals.
A no-brainer to me. Friggin ball hog & definitely not a teamplayer.
There is NO one who deserves a MVP nod more than Paul this year. Look at the where he has brought the team.

Have you missed this WHOLE SEASON? still thinking back to past years? Why do you think he finally got the MVP award? He made everyone on his team better. EVERYONE that plays a good amount of time has better #'s this year.
WHY? Becuase Kobe has made them better, he has trust in his team. That is what a MVP does. I can't believe your so blind to see that. You must not be a NBA fan cuz your statement has no merit and makes no sense at all.

No P's, I am just not a biased NBA fan. Kobe is a ball hog period. No wonder he got MVP, he keeps the pill from everyone and he probably whined until he got it. Like everything else.

like I said before have you not watched any Lakers games this year? His shot attempts & points per game have dropped and his teammates #'s got better.

Tell me were that says ball hog?
I live on the East coast bro.....they dont jump to show the Lakers over here lately. And yes to answer your question I have not watched the Lakers this year much. Mark my word.....the same ol Kobe will return, especially since they just made his already big enough head swell by patting him on the back with the MVP nod. You are a fan, I will never be. The best thing for your team would be for him to change his selfish ways. Because all it has done is cost them championships lately. There is no "I" in team.
