Temecula or Murrieta would be my guess. I have been debating getting a place up there too but not to thrilled about a 45+ min commute from Rancho Bernardo.

it's in murrieta....we got approved for the loan, now it comes down to if we like the house or not.....from the other pics of it we do....i guess we'll see after friday, that's when we meet with the realtor...

Murrieta??? Well I guess you like the desert, seeing your coming from AZ.... I hope you don't plan on working in L.A. or take the dreaded ortega hwy into O.C. hehe.... Let us know how it goes and good luck. there are awesome deals on houses out here right now.... You can get a nice set up in Murrieta for under 350K...

I play poker at pechanga quite a bit, I hear its a tuff casino to work at lots of silly rules, and they are tight about there payouts. Good luck with everything.

wow that is a hell of a deal! is it a foreclosure? A house like that is going for half a mil here, 2 years ago $8 to $900K.

hey thanks for all the good luck wishes guys....yeah it's a foreclosure....we're working with a realtor to find them, we've got a list of about 50 foreclosures in murrieta that are $275k or less, built in 1998 or later, 1600+ sq ft. and atleast 3br/2ba....we moved out of socal a year ago cause houses were way out of our price range, and now that there are so many foreclosures, we're trying whatever we can to get back in before house prices go up again....

again, i appreciate all the well wishes, i've got my fingers crossed that we'll be back in cali soon!!!
