But that evidences good old fashioned American corrupt politician values - not radical Muslim values. Now if you could show me he spent the money to funnel arms to radical Muslims, I might be concerned. So far, I see him as being on about the same ethical plane as Hillary, McCain, Dubya, Cheney. Of course he hasn't yet banked as heavy as Dubya & "No Bid" Cheney, but that is probably for lack of opportunity and he may well make up for that if elected.

I have a hard time proving my dog sh-it in my back yard but he is the only one back there. The pile pretty much fits the dog (Dachshund), and it is located pretty much where he likes to go. Can't prove it but he is probably the prime suspect. One difference in all the folks you mentioned and Obama, they actually worked at a real jobg for a living. Cheny actually ran a multibillion dollar company that really made money. Obama was a public servant although it looks like he mostly served himself.

Public service jobs I have no problem. Government program jobs which I consider a lot of them worthless, is another story. You might read the pros and cons of some of those so called ''programs''. Healthy folks in programs drawing money for ''disabilities'', a lot of them is depression. I get depressed watching them fat suckers in front of me buying t-bone steaks and ice cream and paying with the lone star card. Follow a couple of them out to their car and see the new license plates on their new car. No, most programs are crooked at best. My program is pretty simple . If you are old and unable to work, they get plenty of help. Kids need help, load em up. Folks with real disabilities, help em. Either we find a way to fix the system or shut them all down and start over. We are not going to continue with half the people working and the other half on ''programs''. Go pick some apples and put an illegal out of work. Pick apples, heck you can get top paying jobs here in Texas building houses that the illegals are taking. Some ethnic groups have mastered the art of getting in ''programs''. Maybe we think all these women with a house load of kids and no hubby is by accident. Funny how when some of the folks go by to check on them, a man is there but slips right out the back door. She says he was her brother. Yea right. Programs, we need to get rid of most of them until we find the ''real'' needy. I assume you are either in a program or make youir living working in one.

You guys need to get over Bush. He is gone. You need to worry about your guy. We are going to find out what makes him tick, his ties, relationships with folks of questionable backgrounds and if he is the same as the folks he hangs with or just likes being with people he totally disagrees with. Republicans got a guy out there so do the same to him. We are talking about a President here, they need to be checked out as best as we can. I have said before, McCain is not my choice, I might have to hold my nose and vote for him because so far Obama has too much baggage for me. By the way, none of them would have to worry about water boarding, I would just drown them and answer their prayers.

Politicians, by their very nature, must lie. They must tell two different stories to two different groups of people in order to be "electable".

You tell business owners you're going to help them reduce their high costs so they can compete with overseas companies...then you go tell the working stiff that you're fighting for corporations to pay more of their healthcare...then you do it again...ad ad nauseum...every 5 minutes during a campaign.
