There is a major nerve that runs along side your neck....Hit it and it's lights out no matter how big someone is.

This guy did it the best way...using the forearm bones like a hammer. Always relax your hand upon the strike to radiate the shockwave deeper.

While I was in the Coast Guard we watched that as a training aid for our Boarding Teams. Was nice to see when it might be needed that it is quite effective. FYI it is called the Brachial Stun.
