That movie still creeps me out. Especially that kid toward the beginning...
Yeah, he was a weirdo for sure. I can never look at Ned Beaty without thinking about what happened to him..................squeal like a pig.
Back on subject..........like others have already said, whatever you buy make sure it is the right size to be carried on so you don't get charged an excess baggage fee. I'm not sure about the other airlines, but the wife and I have a trip booked to the Dominican Republic, our carrier is Delta and they only allow ONE checked bag per ticket.

The checked bag part I think I'll be okay on; I'll only be in Vegas for 5 days so I don't need to bring too much. The way home can get tricky though. I'll be there for a big cigar tradeshow where lots of samples and merchandise is handed out. It may be worth my while to ship home a box with all my goodies as opposed to paying for an extra bag. As for carry on, I'm sick of carrying tons of crap on a plane. I've realized all I need is my Ipod, a magazine or two, and maybe a puzzle book. I just thought a small bag would be convenient.

Like others mentioned I use one of the Swiss Backpacks. Lots of storage, VERY comfortable and not at all looking like a purse. I don't wear suits to work, but Ive seen plenty of guys in suits carrying these backpacks.

So anything a little nicer than a backpack is sissy? I think you're confusing sissy with having a little class. BTW your emoticon is flipping me off not giving the thumbs up.
No, if you're worried about how it looks to others you're a sissy.
I know it's flipping you off...

Only ONE checked bag? Geez, I guess that Aunt Martha will have to stay home this trip....
PS I can vouch for tnbowhunter...he never even winked at me while he was visiting...Now his alterego Carl...well now that's a different story altogether.

A little homophobic aren't we guys? I like a nice leather bag for an overnight stay. That ones a little short on pockets, but it will probably hold up forever. I wouldn't carry any bag around regularly though. Not because I thinks it's gay, just because I don't like to carry more than I need.

Thanks for the offensive gesture I guess? Back at ya...

ok, that looks like an interesting "man" bag..., especially if you want to draw some attention to yourself... however the "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" doesn't apply until you actually arrive in Vegas...
but if you wanna carry it, I say, "go for it"... at least you're not carrying it in San Francisco or Greenwich Village... you might get a little bit more attention than you want...
