So as many of you know i recently got back from from a hunting trip in Colorado. Being isolated from the political BS changed my perspective. With that, i decided not to get wrapped up in all of the political crap that can easily consume us. I am still a republican and i have compromised what i believe, but im not going to let this election drag me down, because at the end of the day, i am still me and no president can change that. I do not agree with the outcome of this election, and i do not agree with a lot of what Obama stands for, but i will support him because he will be the new face of our nation. just because i don't like him, doesn't mean i shouldn't support him as our new president. But thats just what i think, and thinking is above my pay grade anyway.
Have a good one everyone!

Just remember, not supporting the president doesn't mean you don't support America. I think Obama is a good person with some bad ideas and, as a person, I do like him. If I didn't like everyone that didn't agree with me I'd be pretty lonely.
I'm not saying don't support Obama, all I'm saying is you can still fight for what you believe is right regardless of who is in office. Bottomline, if you don't agree with him then you don't have to support him. That's the beauty of America and exercising your rights as an American.
I don't expect people to just roll over and give in because their candidate lost, that would be a sad day. We shouldn't give up fighting for what we believe in.
Obama has a lot of work ahead, trust me when I say that if he screws things up the American people won't take it lying down.

Right I know what you mean. And just because I would support him doesn't mean I am giving up. I guess support wasnt the right word but either way he's the man now and there isn't anything I can do to change it. Hopefully in four years Washington won't be so blue if you know what I mean
