Is Going Green worth Bleeding Red?

The House passed the Cap-in-Trade Bill and now it is up to the Senate but it will likely pass there as well due to the usual payoffs and politics of "you scratch mine and I'll scratch yours" which would be fine if it weren't for one thing, this Bill is far too important to play the usual games with and if people realized the Totalitarian nature of this legislation it would make them ill.

This Bill will kill individual liberty and I am not half kidding because it creates a bureaucracy of government control that even the likes of Hitler would be envious of and if this passes, no portion of your life or livelihood will be safe and beyond the expansive reach of the federal government and some people will not put up with it once they see the effects that it has.

Once people begin to realize what an all consuming federal power grab that this Bill embodies and how much this is costing them, many could be pushed off the edge and with the already weakened economy coupled with the increased prices and taxes that this Bill will levy, it could likely set off a fire storm in America the likes we have only read about.

Wild speculation you might say and although that could be argued, take a look at the state of affairs in the nation already and how polarized the citizens are on the heavily in favor vs the I've had all I'm am willing to put up with crowd.

Sure Obama's approval rating is still high but the numbers are deceptive because hiding underneath the pleasant 50 odd percent approval rating is a 30 odd percent, rapidly growing minority who are very disapproving of Obama and the congress to say the least and they are being egged on by the media, Hollywood, Liberals and the Administration who think it's a good idea to ignore, insult, steal from and enslave a bunch of pissed of people with plenty of guns and ammo.

The numbers of pissed off citizens is growing and many of them have been trampled on for the last time and couple that with huge tax increases, violations of their liberty, an already crappy economy, a bogus health care Bill and more bailouts that will further devalue the dollar by causing inflation as well as an increasing number of Americans who are becoming aware of what a corrupt and greedy bunch sit on the Hill and what do you get?

You get a Red bloody mess because a bunch of idiots thought this would be a good time to go Green and screw Americans out of even more money and liberty. Wake up Washington and stop this nonsense before you start a war but maybe that's just what you are looking for...

..
I thought that you said on another thread that the most important bill killing individual liberty was on the EPA quashing a report by Mr. Carlin?

Or was it the Knife Ban?

I'm getting confused as to which one is killing our liberty.

Senility setting in as you typed that same statement on another thread or you haven't figured out which emergency befalling us du jour is really the ultimate threat on our liberties?

Re: Is Going Green worth Bleeding Red?

If it's any consolation, and I doubt it is, the war will be quick. In my humblest of opinions, the states are going to revolt. THIRTY FIVE states have already passed legislation in their congresses reaffirming their rights under the 10th Ammendment. The scenario I see getting ready to play out is the states telling BHO to take his cap and trade bill and shove it, take his health care bill and shove it, and not go along with the unconstitutional federal mandates. It will escalate from there until BHO orders troops into the states. Well, the federal troops are more than likely going to be met by National Guard. Well guess what folks...the federal military isn't exactly keen on the current administration, so my prediction is that you will see mass defections of federal troops to their states. And to everyone else that's active duty on here...remember your oath, it is written in order of importance, and supporting and defending the Constitution against all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC is the first obligation you have. I don't think the bloodshed will be that bad. Maybe a military tribunal and firing squad for the traitors in DC.

The wolves are already among us but because they are so smooth talking and well dressed, many people pay them no mind and even go so far as to defend them.

Are you sure you want to continue along this path?

Dude. You sure you're feeling alright? This is the third post in about as many days that I saw you using the 'kiss' smiley. That's all fine and all, but we're all guys....something you'd like to enlighten us about? Just wondering.

The only thing leaking out is the truth as far as myself and many others are concerned, I'm sorry you are unable to recognize it.

This video shows what went on at the church that the "King of Green Obama" attended for 20 years.

I see crazy, what do you see?

LOL-just trying to make sure that P-daddy doesn't get his angry on more than usual...

And he's made references to my sexuality before so if there's another icon you'd prefer I post, by all means do share! Would any of these work?

???
