Picture for my profile is too big?

okay, I'm not the smartest computer nerd but, can someone tell what is the easiest way to make a picture down to 100X100 pix. so I can use it on my profile.

Either resize it in a photo editing program or if you don't have one email the image to someone who does, have them resize it for you and email it back to you. If you need me do do this for you sent me an instant message.
