All Northern California Owners - Parts Deal

Even though i am new I try to do good. I got the same deal for my LS1 car club.

I have talked with the parts manager at Elk Grove Nissan in Elk Grove, CA and he has agreed to give us member a discount of 20% on all parts, and 15% and all nismo accessories. You must mention you are a TitanTalk member to receive the discount. I got the deal also for clubTitan members since i found that board first, but this board was so awsome I had to join both.

I am new to nissan made products, so I am more of a reader than a writer, but I will help out where I can.

Christa

I have been there twice and they have been wonderful so far took it right away and fixed it. Maybe they weren't busy or maybe they are being good because I haven't got my survey yet, I will soon come to find out. Believe me if there start to be trouble, they will rue the day they messed with me. I am a very assertive person and I get what I want.

I will talk to the parts manager over at turner if somebody else wants but for now I am good. If the time come that I change dealers I will work out the deal there to.

I disliked my experience with future nissan in the roseville auto mall, but have been happy so far with the dealer out in auburn.

christa, Thanks for your efforts. I take my truck to the Stockton Nissan dealer at the Auto Mall and have had good service so far, but I own rentals in South Sac, so it wouldn't be out of the way for me to try the Elk Grove dealer if I get dissatisfied. How many miles have you got on your truck, and have you had brake Judder yet ?

I have just over 2k, so Going good so far. I am not going to jinks myself by answering the brake question. but I think you know the answer from that. I had a bad experience the other day. I had a whistle in the a/c system , so i took it to them and the tech scratched up the dash, and gouged a screw driver into the center console box. But the Service manager was very attentive to getting it repaired immediately. When the ordered parts came in wrong, he pulled parts of a new lot truck, and sent me on my way. I did get to talk to the service manager for 10 or 15 minutes, and he is genuinly trying to change things around there to make it better. I thought for sure I would have to fight to get the dash replaced, but the manager was very quick to fix it . If you do go there, request rogie snider. what ever you do, do not use John loof, he is having trouble adjusting to the new managers way of doing things (i.e. take care of the customer)
