Sheee-it, bro, you ain't gotta ask twice!

I just went up to my favorite spot - just over the hood canal bridge, a little power line road leading to a nice mud field... but it was pretty much dry. You have a good place over on your side of the sound?

We spent all weekend fixing my neighbors F350 - both front wheels had wheel bearings grenade. The condition of my helping him was that he's gotta go on a 'wheeling trip with me SOON. He's a born here type native, so he knows some good spots.

All the good spots have gates now. We do have a lot of mountain roads to cruise...pack up the beer and get lost for a few hours.

I have a set of universal gate keys, but sometimes gate owners don't appreciate their use...

At any rate, I love mountain roads and beer. Where you thinking? Wives too?

You ever been up to the steel bridge, or vance creek trestle? They both have awsome views. Could go cruise up to spyder lake from there to.
Mt. Ellinor is a cool trip to, all kinds of back roads.

My wife might go, but I dunno...

Is vance creek near Shelton? I don't know where the steel bridge is... I don't know where Mt. Ellinor or spyder lake are, either.

But, yeah, I'm game. When you thinkin'?

This Sunday work for you? I'd love to make it a day with the women folks...

Since you've been there - we won't be walking much, will we? I have a fused ankle, so I can't really walk hillsides or for too far.

OK if I invite another guy/wife out? He's a Toyota driver, but he wants to come hang with the cool kids...

I could go sunday, but I would be wifel-less...she has to work.
Ill go ahead and PM you my phone #.

We would skip the trestle, it is about a 1/2 mile walk back...unless you
want to bring your key

The steel bridge is not a problem, you can drive right on it.

Pack up the beer.....Sunday in the am works.

Bring anybody you want

OK. Let me check to see who's going. Maybe my wife and my buddy's wife will want to stay here for the day.

Where/when you wanna meet? We could meet in Shelton, or at my house - I live between Port Orchard and Gig Harbor... about 2 miles from the Kitsap/Pierce county line just off 16.
