Elk Grove Park Sunday 23 OCTOBER

Ok everyone, the votes are in and it looks like Sunday, 23 OCTOBER is going to be our next picnic. Since the Elk Grove park worked so well last time I suggest that we have it there again. Does anyone still have a copy of the map that Christa made up showing how to get there?
I need to get an idea of how many will be attending and who plans on bringing what. I can bring hot dogs and hamburgers, if someone will bring a gas grill. We also need someone to bring buns, condiments, and side dishes. Since I live 50 miles from the picnic site, I can't arrange for tables and chairs like Christa did, do unless someone else can volunteer to get tables and chairs, I suggest that everyone bring a chair, and bring your own beverage.

I'm not really an organizer, so I would appreciate any help offered to get this organized and make sure that we don't forget anything. I suggest that we try to start at 10:00 and we'll stay until everyone leaves. Fair enough?

Are you sure about that date? You know today is October 1, right?
