Updated attendence list for Picnic

So far I only have a few people who have said for sure that they'll be at the picnic. While it doesn't take many to have fun, it helps to know how many will be there so I can plan on how many hot dogs and hamburgers to bring. Also, I need some volunteers to bring other things, like condiments, side dishes, eating utensils. etc.
If you're going to be able to attend, for sure, or if you think there's a good chance, please let us know. A quick post on this threat to let us know how many will be with you. Also please let us know if you're able to bring anything mentioned above.
We have a great spot at the Elk Grove park and our last picnic was really great, so if you have the opportunity to join us I think you'll enjoy yourself. We have a map posted below, and if you need any additional information please send me a note, or give me a call at (209) 772-7998.
Please reply to this thread if you are going, and how many people you are bringing with you. I'll use that information to update this list
Confirmed Particpants and Guests T = Titan, A = Armada
T - Stan, 1 guest, hot dog and hamburger buns, napkins & papertowels
T- 37L1
T- Dawgs - 1 guest
T - Jaysplaypen 3 guests - plates and utensils
T - ChaseNme - 1 Guest, hot dogs and hamburger patties, small grill
T- Antwon412
T - BigPapa

Please bring your own beverage of choice (no glass allowed in the park), and bring chairs.
Items we can use help with if you want to volunteer:
Salads
Chips
deserts
Gas Grill (unless I can coerce Dawgs into bringing his, cause I think 1 will be enough)

Maps can be found at :

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/att...achmentid=13573

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/att...achmentid=13570

I'm sorry if this isn't as professional and complete as our notice for the last picnic, but then I'm not as well organized as Christa.

Complaints should be reserved and all presented after we've all had a few Bud Lights

Lon, it really doesn't matter, so let's just stick with this thread. I thought about it before I posted and figured that if anyone was interested in coming they would check this thread and it would be a good place to let us know that they were interested and what they were willing to bring.
I got a note from Mr. Dawgs and he will be there if work permits. Or is this doesn't conflict with a Raiders game ??????

Stan, I feel bad coming in this far in the process. I have had a death in the family, and bad couple of months, and not been posting as much.

I would have to say yes. I need a day out, and spend some time with great people. I will bring my husband, and son, and maybe dad again. I also will bring air filter sets for those interested, and sell them for 50.00 since I would not have to ship them. I wanted to post a link for you to see, but of course I can not. they are in the for sale section of the other titan site. Let me know who would want and and I make sure I bring a set for you.

Oh yeah I can bring the Plates, friend works at chinet. and silver ware.

Here are the maps that my good friend Lon povided. And thanks for the offer to bring hot dogs and hamburgers. If you bring those I'll bring the buns for each and plates and utensils. We'll need to see how many respond that they're coming so that we know how much of everything to bring

It will be Sunday, the 23rd, and I plan on having everything set up by about 10:00 am. Naturally some people with long drives will get there a little later, as will those who have church to attend. Last time we ended up leaving mid afternoon, and I anticipate something similar this time. When everyone gets ready they can start leaving for home, but some of us will stick around for a while longer, kicking tires, looking under hoods one more time and listening to whatever good music anyone plays.

It certainly wouldn't hurt if you have a small grill to bring it. And I'll add your wife to the list, just in case she can accompany you. Last time we had quite a few wives and girlfriends and hopefully this time will be the same.

I've sent messages to everyone who attended our last picnic and posted on the general discussion board. Any other ideas how to get the word out? I think we would get more interested Titan and Armada owners if we could get the information out to them.
