Seattle-area Service Departments?

Can anyone here recommend a Seattle-area dealership to perform warranty work? I just bought a Titan and am driving it back this weekend. It needs 2 recalls done, plus I am on high alert for the brake judder problem.

"Nissan of the Eastside" on 8th Street in Bellevue is my closest dealership, although I will go where I get the best service with the least hassle for TSB work.

Thanks for the referrals or warnings.

Its not close to you, but Advantage Nissan in Bremerton is highly spoken of by me and at least two other owners I'm familar with.

If you find your service experience in the Emerald City isn't up to snuff, give Brad and the folks at Advantage Nissan in Bremerton a try.

Re: Seattle-area Service Departments?

There are only three service dept's here I'd trust:

- Campbell-Nelson in Lynnwood - ask for Brian Carlson
- Nissan of Fife - forget the master writer's name
- Auburn Nissan - ask for Carrie

Had my Z serviced at Campbell-Nelson and Fife - no issues, including a new 6MT upon request once I found out they had updated them 8 times since the car was released.

Titan service at Auburn Nissan - no complaints - they replaced my dinged up windshield that also had a stress crack coming from the A pillar with no arguments/questions.

HTH

I recomend either Performance in "everett" or Campbell Nelson in "edmonds" have gone to both and very pleased with staff and there work.

Got my brakes done by performance today, and it was very easy. they gave me a silverado for the day. but they did a horrible job washing it. service was good and didnt take them very long. all in all very good.

Did you have the judder problem? If so, how much hassle did they give you? I've got some light juddering right now, nothing major. I want the TSB, not having the rotors turned.

Thanks for all the tips.

Does anyone have experience with Nissan of the Eastside?

Making the appointment with Campbell Nelson. I'll post any comments here after I'm done with them (or they are done with me!)

Re: Seattle-area Service Departments?

Campbell Nelson did a great job with my service requests. They were going to repair the brake judder with just a complaint. I didn't get any hassle about it.
