Alan, I don't think anyone will have a problem finding us at the park. Along with us having fairly large vehicles they can just follow the screams and yelps from Dawgs and the Rottweiller. My money is still on Dawgs.
My fangs have been sharpened and I'm ready to rumble!!!

Hey Ron, I was just able to contact Bill Chase in Reno and he thinks he'll be able to attend. With that tricked up Titan of his he might give you some competition for the best looking truck.

LOL .. I don't think there will be a problem either. I was reading an old post, and didn't realize I was on an early page of the thread. LOL!

I'm afraid I've gotta bail on this trip. My wife scheduled a long weekend in Lake Tahoe and just surprised me with the "good" news. It'll be fun but I woulda loved to see those trucks. Anyhow, someone mentioned that Elk Grove or Stockton Nissan will do the 2* advance. Any names of techs or managers to drop when asking to schedule the service?
Keep me in the loop for future picnics. I'll redeem myself by bringing some great food and a more modded truck next time.

Eric Gomez was the one who did mine, but I don't believe he is there any more.....
I would tell them he ok'd it and make sure they don't charge you more than $70. (BTW: this is Elk Grove Nissan)

Not that it might matter to you (or anyone else) .. EGN will do the advance, but I believe they WILL TELL YOU that it (mod) will void any warranties ..

Go to Stockton Nissan and get it done for $40. The service manager there is Vaughn. Tell him Stan Kromfols sent you. Both Dawgs and I had ours done there for $40.
You guys are awesome! I'm really disappointed I won't get a chance to meet you good folks. I'd like to volunteer to help on any picnics after this one on the 19th.

SACTitan, We try to have two or three picnics every year, so if you can why not volunteer to host the next one. I'll help out, as I'm sure Alan and Dawgs will. These don't have to be big elaborate affairs, just an opportunity for us to get together and kick tires and drink beer.
I would be happy to host one in Reno/Sparks sometime later this year. I plan to buy a house before the end of the year here so once that happens, I will set something up.
See everyone next week.

These picnics are held 2x - 3x per year?? I thought it was only 1x? Man I've missed alot of 'em then.
LOL .. I passed out a flyer to a guy (working Titan truck) at a McD's .. he said he'd go .. but it was scheduled 1-day after his wedding!
I couldn't help but LOL .. I told him, that it was "OK" .. we'd understand if he had something ELSE to do that day! But he should visit the forums (if he hadn't already done so??) to check out what we did locally ...
... oh yeah .. as skromfols said .. I"d be more than happy to lend whatever assistance I can. If I'm not out w/family stuff or with my "Z" group ... I'm lookng for Armada/Titan meets.
