Re: California - New Driving Fines - Effective 7/1/07
Damn....most of those don't bother me too much...except the "3mph above the speed limit", and the over 18 year old seatbelt rule. For some stupid reason, all my friends feel that if they're not driving, they don't need a seatbelt.
Re: California - New Driving Fines - Effective 7/1/07
I would think that if somebody wants to pay a few grand to drive in the car pool lane, they should be allowed to do so as long as they keep paying the fine.

though some car pool lanes offer FasTrak, the person would be a total moron if he paid thousands rather than just getting FasTrack and paying a few bucks for access: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FasTrak

Re: California - New Driving Fines - Effective 7/1/07
I like #9 eeven though I don't have a "hand free" set up. As big as my truck is I have to drive with my lights on all the time to help people see me. I was cut off in a turn just the other day because some teenage girl was on the phone. Little dummy never paid attention that I was the vehicle next to her at the stop light and mid turn came across two lanes and left me stopped in the middle of the intersection blasting my airhorn. Oh by the way she thanked me for not killing her by flipping me off and for being in her way while she drove and talked on the phone. I have never wanted to pack my foot so far up someones arse before.

Who cares, Cali. Needs to be fenced in and strained from all the nut jobs and sanitized from all the BS they throw around freely and put back into reality so I can come visit that beautiful state!
