Hey Greg, I wanted to see if you have any input to help me out...
When ever I turn the wheel full rotation and or hit a dip while in mid turn or at a full turn. I hear a metal poping sound coming from the front suspension. Also when driving it sounds like somthing is loose and rattling when driving.
Some times I hear metal contact when the suspension travels at some angles.
I really don't know whats going on with the suspension, I did notice some metal ware ( will take some pictures and post them). Also I think that all the noise is probably connected in some fashion. The shop that did the install for me is a good shop and I trust them. On that note this was the first time they did this work on a Nissan Titan.
4" Spindle Lift Front, Blistens & 2" Blocks in the rear is what I have installed.
Thanks
Anthony

my truck does it also. and looks the same. see if your tie rod is making contact with the spring. mine does on one side. dont know why, hoping that when the replace the rack and pinion that fixes the problem.
Pm vshortt he posted pics of a fix for this today but I cant find it.

Its common to rub like that on all the CST spindles (8" kit, 7" 4wd and the 4" spindle). you can grind the edges smooth and apply a bit of grease and the noise should go away. The other kits use a cast spindle and do something very similar, again a small amout of grinding and a dap of grease make a HUGE difference.
Im glad I saw this post before I put my lift on. I took Gregs advice and grinded a notch on the lower A arm (If thats what its called). I didnt grind on the spindle.
Both never touch each other and I swear my turning radius has increased over stock since I have done that, but I may be crazy. Just seems my streering wheel turns more at full lock than before and seems easier to park in cramped areas.
