refer to BB's DIY links for easy install how to's... and these are perfect for minor to moderate off roading... I have them on mine and they have held up on jeep trails and rock climbing expeditions... however, if you plan on doin' some serious aerial running and ground pounding, then get the OR bars since they are better reinforced... just get them, you won't regret it... oh yeah, did I also mention that these bars WILL STOP AXLE WRAP and save you on many future torn tranny mounts... it took me two torn and replaced mounts to finally pull the trigger...
