Alright I've gotten some guidelines from our father chapter

to allow some of the Georgia members to see what this is about. Of course you can look at all the other Chapters and get it. The rules and guidelines below are not completely set in stone; this is just a guideline. Send me a PM to see about altering some of it, but just know that some of these rules are not changeable. Again this is a rough draft and will not be set in stone till we are actually a Chapter and are completely organized. So let me know what you guys think.
Qualifications:
Titans and Armadas MUST be modified; One exterior and One Performance
(possibly add Xterras, Pathfinders, Frontiers??? We'll vote on this)
Member Dues: (see below for details)
$10/month due the FIRST of each month, due NO LATER than the 15th of each month.
Late fee of $5 will be applied to members fee if not paid by the 15th
If late 30 days or more than membership will be canceled and request of decal removal will be sent.
*$5 will be applied to hosted Titan meets.
*$5 will be applied to “member appreciation” (see below for details)
Probation Period:
Each new member will undergo a 2-month probation period (including myself). During this probation period, new members are excluded from “member appreciation” benefits. Upon termination of probation, members will be presented ONE MODIFIED ADDICTIONS decal in his/her choice of colors; decal is property of Modified Addictions and will be purchased by Modified Addictions. If member chooses to change or alter their decal; member must return old decal for new and decal must be PURCHASED BY MEMBER. If member wishes to have the rear window wrapped, Modified Addictions will pay up to $20 of wrap for first purchase; members are responsible for the remainder of balance due.
Club Hosted Meets:
Meets will be hosted twice a year by Modified Addictions. Meet details to include dates, location, and times will be posted at least TWO months prior to meet. We will also discuss if we can organize meets at Tracks

Members are strongly encouraged to attend BOTH meets. Locations of meets will be predetermined and announced in a timely manner.
Member Appreciation:
Modified Addictions is a non-profit organization of Titan owners. $5 dollars of each member’s dues per month will go toward a “member appreciation” random raffle. All members not on probation will participate. Any one person is eligible to win more than once. Distribution will be capped at $50/ per person per drawing per month.
As Modified Addictions expands, this raffle will evolve to accommodate raffles; i.e. more than one winner/month—larger earnings. Members will be receive winnings via PayPal within 2-3 business days for cash options. Other prizes will be sent via UPS or USPS.
The more members the bigger the prizes!
Member Dues:
To be paid BY the 15th of EACH month by 1159pm EST. Dues to be paid via PayPal. *Make sure you have a PayPal account prior to joining or before your first monthly due.

NO DUES WILL BE ACCEPTED IN ADVANCE (Stay tuned for details)
Club Apparel: (Once started and organized)
Will be available upon request. T-Shirts can be purchased for member @ members’ expense. Group buy=larger discount. Notify Club rep’s if interested.
Club Termination:
*Each member is encouraged to pay member dues on time; failure to pay monthly dues within 30 days will result in termination of membership.
*Members MUST attend ONE hosted meet at a MINIMUM per calendar year.
*While on probation, member must pay dues on time.
*No refunds will be processed.
*If member wishes to remove himself/herself from Modified Addictions, 1 month notice is required; club dues to be paid for last month of membership.
