I don't know how many people on here are from East Tn. were, or are going to join the military, but WIVK had a great segment on today(2-3-5). They called the Army unit deployed to Iraq. I myself am currently Active Marines and it kind of choked me up. This is what every small, close knit town needs. To me it was pretty cool to hear those boys talking to their Wifes, Mothers,Kids etc. Damn that is some PATRIOTIC backing right there. Every little bit counts. And if one small town radio station can do something like that, then this area has nothing to worry about. I just wanted to let that out.

WIVK has always seemed like a pretty good bunch of people, they played a part in getting George Strait to play in Knoxville a few weeks ago. He was last here like 10 years ago.
