Thumbs down no longer in the south

I received orders to go to Camp Pendletn, Ca.( Southern California) . I am no longer residing in the south. Even though you can take the man out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the man. Everyone take care and enjoy the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

It's an all day power drive. San Mateo County is near San Francisco and Camp Pendelton is near San Diego.

Well enjoy! My folks live in Walland, it is just south of Maryville. Going towards the smokeys. A very beautiful part of that area. How many acres or is it just eneough to build. I know land out that way is expensive. And you have to call it Merrvil, not Maryville.

Have fun in Tennessee when you get there.

Yep got that lesson already, Murvul. 3.5 acres to be exact. When moved in, I'll PM you so we could plan a Tennessee Titan get together when you get back to visit or stay. I've already met with pager daddy and tnbowhunter last year, so we will do it again.

Try to enjoy your time at Camp Pendelton, there is a lot to see around San Diego, believe me, and the women are mighty fine.

Thanks for your service to our country, be careful and we'll see you when you come home!

Lon
