Fishing anyone???

Does anyone here in the local area know of any good fishing holes/spots? I am needing to be able to get there by foot. I don't have a boat. All I am able to land so far is Striper and Crappie.

Thanx

Chris

I am talking about Eastern Tennessee. Sorry about that. I just assumed that I had put it in there.

If your into trout fishing, the Hiwassee and Tellico rivers are hard to beat. The wife and I were up at Tellico today, not fishing just riding around but we saw several people fishing.
It's a little early for trout on the Tellico though, usually better from May on.
I live about 10 miles from Watts bar, the fishing can be pretty good from the bank around the Dam, but it's mostly crappie, stripe and Cat fish this time of year. Sauger fishing can be good in the winter from around the Dam.
Have fun...............
