Blanchard, LA area meet/greet

Any Titan owners in the Blanchard area interested in a get together?

Hey Bayou Titan,

I'm game. I'm just over the river from you. Let me know.

Us Louisiana folks on here are just so spread out. I think you've got maybe 3 or 4 from your area Bayou and I've seen maybe 2 or 3 from around the Baton Rouge area. I think there are a few from New Orleans as well. Too bad we all aren't closer. The houston meet looked like so much fun I wish we could get a good one going.

I see all kinds of Titans in the Lafayette area, but don't know how many are on this forum. I know most are not into the "honk & wave" routine, generally looking at me like I'm crazy when I do that. Anyhow, counting me, I know there are at least 3 TitanTalk members from the Lafayette area. As far as a get-together, with my commuting to East Texas every other weekend it would be difficult for me (in fact this is the reason I have not made one of the 2 Houston meets). That said, if it was the right weekend and not too far away, I would try to make it.

I commute the other direction every other weekend. I head to Meridian, Mississippi.

I have seen so many Titan's in the Shreveport/Bossier area nowadays that I'm surprised we don't have more TT members here from the Shreveport/Bossier area. I did see the other day a White Titan that had on the rear tailgate sticker "Had Lunch?" and then around the sticker was Ford, Chevy & Dodge. Thought it was kind of funny. There are actually 3 Titan owners in my neigborhood but I don't think they are TT members.

I'm thinking about having the meet/greet at the Stoner boat launch. If we had it there we would have access to food, restrooms, pavillion, etc.

Does anyone have other ideas for a good location?

The Stoner boat launch sounds good. Me and the wife normally have lunch there on Tuesday's. That would be a great place for the meet and greet.

I've noticed the same thing, although there are two Titans and one Armada in my neighborhood, and two more at the plant. We have a meet and greet everyday!

I'm in Baton Rouge but wouldn't mind taking a little ride. Most of the forums I frequent never seem to have a strong Louisiana following so hopefully we can get some participation on this one. I see tons of Titans around here, but don't know any of them personally. Maybe I need to get one of those Titantalk.com stickers put on my truck to get the word out.

If I'm in town that day (not in Houston) then sure. I have no idea where that is, but I'm sure I could map quest it.
