Truckfest is on Apr 29-30 at San Diego Convention Center. For you guys in Orange County and LA area, yours is on Jun 3-4 at the Ontario Convention Center. It is a good time to get parts for a good price.
when I went to the one in dallas a few years ago I got some really good deals. wheels (5) for my ranger 190, swampers (5) 450, body lift 115, shifter extension free, bed mount tire carrier 150, four real front end for a cherokee that I made work 150, pro comp 6" lights 40, and a bed cover for 90. If you go early when they have the clearance stuff its the best. Last time they had alot of the 17" tires for really cheap but at the time I only had 15's. You can get some really good deals and its like at a flea market prices arent too firm.
There is a 50% off labor coupon in this months off road adventures magazine. I'm thinking of trying the Fabtech coilovers and rear reservoir shocks. Does anyone have any positive or negative feedback on these shocks?
Location: Squarefield Ca. Make a right at the budwieser brewery and just past the Jelly Belly factory.

Re: 4 Wheel Parts truckfest
I'm thinking about buying some tires and wheels from 4wheel parts but so far have not been super impressed. Seeing their mag with all the stuff and then going to the store (Oakland) I was totally unipressed, they have no inventory at all. I cant see anything in person only pictures, I can do that on the net! I guess I expected this big a$$ store with all kind of stuff hangin' on the walls. They only had like 3 kinds of tires and about 10 different wheels, of course nothing that I wanted. Kinda bummed I drove 45 min. to go there. I used to live in O.C. and remember some other big stores with everything. Thought about buying tires and wheels from 4wheel parts online but am a little hesitant. Any body had any experience with that. I've also read many things about law suits and criminal charges brought up agaist them for shady buisiness practices. I want to order the wheels but....... I dunno.
More than likely I'm going to this, any of you want to meet up before?
On the cover of my Off Road Adventures mag from 4 Wheel Parts it says:
• 50% off service installations
• Hourly giveaways
• Custom Truck Displays
• Get the Lowest Prices of the year
• Over 90,000 square feet of displays
• Industries best manufactures on site
• 4 Wheel Parts Girls (?)

Is this strictly for offroad trucks, or will us 2wd'ers get something out of the show. I love going to shows/conventions, but if there is nothing there for me......I don't know. And I'd rather go to the one in SD.

Hey decypher- Looking at who's going to be there it looks like there will be more than just off road stuff...Weld Racing, BFGoodrich, Magnaflow, Westin, Bushwacker, K&N, American Racing, Banks, just to name a few.
The show I was talkin about is the one in SD on the 29th-30th.
Oh and it's free admission too.
