Who is interested in a SoCal meet? Where and When? - Page 4

This is perfect!!! A titan meet right before I move outta California, I'm leaving on Oct 26th so a meet the weekend before would be great. I'm down for Saturday or Sunday the 20th or 21st but I think a Sunday would get a larger turnout..........

i got a great idea for the retards that can't seem to grasp that sunday is a better day. let's plan a meet for the 20th, let the 1 or 2 attend that day and those of us who've already stated for the record that sunday is a better day, just meet the 21st.

I know! I always say that I'll go then don't. Sundays are hard for me to take off work. I already have one employee requesting the 7th off and another employee requesting the 14th off. But if it is the 21st or 28th, I will definately be there.

It's at El Capitan. I'm in 3rd place over all and this is the last tournament of the year. I need to get at least second place at this tournament and the guys that are in first and second need to blank. Tough odds! But at least I get a new G.Loomis rod for catching the biggest fish of the year (so far). But 2 G.Loomis' would be even better!

OK, what about meeting in Irvine sometime like we tried to set up above? Anyone else wants to come along, it's OK. You mentioned a weekday afternoon or evening and I asked about meeting at the Yardhouse in Irvine Center.

What's say? Wanna' DO it or what? The beer is still cold and waiting. I didn;t want to start an entire So Cal meet at the Yardhouse ... just wanted to meet you and whoever else wanted to come along/

And if anyone wants to do a cruise, how about the Planes of Fame Museum at Chino airport? I ove airplanes and volunteer there every Saturday, and it would make a good visit. If you have no interest in airplanes, we also have a running Sherman Tank and we can fix it so you sit in the driver's seat!
