Northwest LV here... and as far as mods go you can't go wrong with the deals on Las Vegas BLVD off of Pecos... Only best if you speak Spanish tho good thing I'm Bilingual.

LOBO Auto and Sound is where I went its that Yellow and Blue building. Excellent service, but like I said before best to wheel and deal them if you are bilingual as it is a big Hispanic area. They have it all and if they don't have something you want most likely they can order it.

I went out off-roadin on some trails down in hendo this past weekend. Was a pretty good time! I just really need to get some suspension work done hahaha.
