that ain't nothin'... should have witnessed the jump i hit that BanksTitan aka IconJon snapped pics of but missed the highest point of the air. this jump was somewhere in the middle... i guess a jump that is used by all the race teams and photographers. hit that jump at 65 and launched so f**cking high and far my arsehole puckered like a mofo but landed like a marshmellow!!! now that carnal blew the air i caught off that cheezy jump by arby's... mmmm, arby's sounds good right about now!

lol well yea as soon as my suspension is tune right cause right now my front end is running too bouncy and also i kinda feel like when i hit a dip and as soon as my truck is recovering from the shock obsortion, you when the truck is coming up it feels as if the shock is strech out all the way i hear a clunk????do you know why that would happen?

is your truck high off the ground in the front? it appears to be in your avatar pic. if that's the case you might have wayyyyyy too much preload which would make your front end bouncy as hell.

and don't be trying to launch your truck with the stock coilover buckets. chances are you'll just bend those and then you'll be fuct. lol

yea its high upfront. its way higher then the last time to came over to my house.........i bet you can tells ha ha ha mmmm well as in pre load i have 1.5ish preload i can still go another 2 more inches of preload. so pretty much next time take off all the preload??? or get a different coil? other words smaller coil to keep the same preload???

you may just need to back the preload off. i can't tell... too many factors, but usually when a coilover is cranked up for that much lift it generally will run stiffer because of the preload. if you want it that high but not so bouncy you might need to go with a lower spring rate. all depends on what you want and what you want to sacrifice.

Re: Off Road Meet Nov. 22nd Ocotillo Wells

I hope I can make it to this one! I still have a lot of stuff to get done on my truck so I'm not going to make any promises.

Re: Off Road Meet Nov. 22nd Ocotillo Wells

I love Ocotillo...count me in! Wish I could have made it to Barstow, but I had an opportunity come up I couldn't pass on. Truck is in the shop for the next few weeks and this should be it's maiden dirt voyage...CAN'T WAIT!

On a side note, for those that have been out there...what areas do you like to run?
