Re: Supercharger Group Buy!

Did Stillen ever offer a group buy price to anyone? I would love to get one, but $6k is just too deep for my pockets, but if we some how got it discounted enough I would be all over it. I know $3500 is out of the price, but how about in the neighood of $5k? Would anybody be willing to pay that price? Also quick question about the kit. Does it come with an intercooler? Other than an intercooler does it come with everything you need?

Re: Supercharger Group Buy!

I am within a month of shelling out the cash for the charger and would love to save a little of it for some stainless brake lines.

If I go faster I may need to stop faster.

I am with you. I am pretty close to shelling out the cash for one, but $6k is pretty steep. If we could get any kind of break, that would help tremendously. I am going to be selling my motorcycle (05 R6) and getting a nice tax return, so we will just have to see.

This thread should be killed. It gets people's hopes up. The original title should be: "Supercharger Group Buy? NO!"

I bet Stillen was not laying down number there first couple month's into development. AS far as 100 HP less, maybe you need to go back to math class. I've made 360HP and 450FPtrq so far and I'm still in the early stages. And if you do not like the methanol, noone says you have to buy it. This kit will also have a indicator to alert when the meth level is low. And the fuel tank comes with the kit. Everything comes with the kit. And the fuel lasts a pretty good while. My kit WILL come pretuned and very easy to install or remove. Stillen's supercharger is a very nice system. And it looks very inpressive. I'm not trying to compete with Stillen. Most of my work is one-off stuff. I have built some of the most power turbo kits ever built. I just thought that I may offer a few of these turbo kits to the public if someone wants one when I get it finished.
I am working a turbo for the Titan too. My kit will kick a$$ when it comes out and Stillen will be worried big time. Right now I am in the early stage of development so I am not getting the numbers that my flux capacitor chart said I should be getting. Also the reactors of my kit can't seem to make the jump to hyperspace in a predicatable manner.. but once I get all the kinks work out.. WATCH OUT STILLEN!

Hey Cartmann, Just make sure when you are testing you have a enough road to get the baby up to 88 mph.
