Hey guys,

We are blowing out all of our 2004-2006 exhaust systems. The new 2007 Exhaust is going to be compatible with the 04-06 so we are blowing out our inventory to make room for the new systems.

All the exhausts are dropped by $100.00

Single exhaust is now only $429.00 (was $529.00)

Dual exhaust is now $534.00 (was $634.00)

All of three of the systems are Stainless steel with a lifetime warranty and will gain around 16 HP.

For those of you wanting a exhaust this is a great system. I have had for over a year and am still very happy with it. There is a sound clip in the exhaust sticky for the Single Side exit one Stillen has.

How hard is it to put the exhaust on yourself? Do you need to have a torch or any special tools? I would like to do this but just am not completely sure how to go about it. Or would it be better to just buy something like this and have a pro install it?

Our exhaust is very easy to install. We use all the factory hangers so installation is a breeze. I've had many customers tell me that the exhaust only took them about 45 minutes to change without a lift or air tools.

It is quite easy. The hardest part will be getting the nuts off the bolts of your old system. Soak 'em first with a penetrating spray, let it sit a while and then go at it. You should have plenty of room under your truck to work with. Just be careful of the stock pipe/muffler section, it's a little on the heavy side.

any of you who are intersted go for the dual. i bought it at 635 and it was worth it. i had it installed and they were done within a hour. deffinatly sounds better.

Kyle, with regards to the dual exit system, how does the driver's side pipe mount? There wouldn't be any factory hangers over there. Also, does it interfere with the location of or the removal of the spare tire? thanks!

Good question. On the duals we have our own factory-like hangers and mounting system. Neither of the dual exhausts interfere with the spare tire. Removal is just as easy and you don't need to worry about the pipes possibly being too close to the rubber.
