Did some clean up today one complete header as it was needing some love.

First pic is before grinding as they were sent to me.

Second pic I removed the metal bubbles left in the welding process. I did not want to get one for these sucked inside the motor.

Third pic is the finished grind as I ran out of grinding stone on my dremel. However all 4 ports are now 1.80in wide and no bubbles.

Last picture was how the other header looked as it was sent to me and this is how they should have looked.

So all in all 1 hour to do the 4 ports on the one header was not bad. Just wish I didn't have to do it.

Current Exhaust with no cats is too loud for me. Ordered some resonators today and I will have them and cats installed by weeks end.

Nice looking headers. But I agree, they should have done a better job of porting them. Or is that going to be a stage II header?

Thank you. Sure do so no problem. Truck is having exhaust work today so new video coming this evening. Magnaflow Cats and Vibrant resonsators being installed as I type.
