I'm up for it, sounds good to me. Lets get a time and place, I see quite a few now, at least one a day on my trek from SL up the beltway. I'll try to fit it in between work and school and wife and daughter and xbox and everything else.

The Houston auto show is in town coming up soon...I was planning on heading out there on the 30th. (Sunday). It's a pretty good drive for us (2 hours) but we were going to be in H-town anyways. The show is at the astro arena.

Anyway, just a thought/suggestion!

It looks as though we have put together quite a group. Now I think its time to figure out when and where. Personally, I liked the idea of a park surrounding. That would allow our families to come and participate as well. If this is something that the majority would rather not do, I'm fine with that too. How about this...as a next step, why doesn't everybody chime in and say whether or not they would rather do a park (and family) setting or a Hooters surrounding. Once everyone has responded, we will simply let the majority rule. How does that sound? If you like the idea, then lets vote now.

I think the park setting is a great idea-- that way families can participate if they want to. Wherever we do this, I think it needs to be somewhere where we can park the trucks in close proximity to each other since I suspect that we will all want to take a look at others' trucks, especially those who have made mods to their trucks. My 2 cents worth.

Is there a Hooters in the park?

I'm guessing no. You will have to make a choice. I agree with rarjar. I'd like the park setting as well. Hooters sounds great, but I would like my family to be able to come and enjoy it as well. If we ultimately end up at a park, we can decide which one. There's really no point in kicking around that idea until the "group" has decided that the meeting place will be a park.

Yeah, I vote park. The only reason I'd ever go to Hooter's would be the girls, and if that's the case I'd just as soon go to a titty bar as the food is a lot better.
