Special Edition 4x4 from Tom Peac0ck Nissan

OK, went to church this morning and saw a "Special Edition 4x4" from Tom Peac0ck Nissan parked next to my Titan. Does this truck belong to anyone here? I noticed it is brand new (dealer's tag to expire on 2/5 I believe).

For the rest of you who are wondering about what I saw, it is an '04 red brawn LE CC with a wide, white racing stripe, non-Off Road with Big Tow, chrome LE 6-spoke wheels, Stainless Aries nerf bars, stainless brush guard, wood grain dash, soft tonneau cover and on the tinted windows was the "Special Edition 4x4" label that looked like it was etched. It also was de-badged on the tailgate except for the burger on the bib. One oddity that I just realized is that I noticed there were no fog lights... I thought fogs are standard on the LE...

Sounds like it may have been a dealer induced 'special edition'. Doing something like what Gulf States Toyota does with Tundra's before the dealer gets them (adding a bunch of aftermarket parts, etc). May have removed the fog lights if they had come from the factory with them. One thing I wish Nissan would do with Titan's is include the turn signal on the mirrors. You can get this with the Tundra (was on mine when I bought) and the F150 comes standard with them on some trim lines.

Yeah, I figured it was a dealer custom since the only special edition Nissan is going to do that I know of is the Texas Edition, which I don't think is available yet. Also the only OEM chrome wheels I know of will be on the Texas Edition. I'm not into the racing stripes, but it looks like a really nice custom package that could almost be a factory special.

I believe I have had the only Titan at my church for a year now (couple thousand members), so I will have to track this person down and get them on TitanTalk!

LOL yeah when I saw you mention the aftermarket Aries nerf bars, I knew it was a dealer job. Aries is good, just don't deal with them directly. I bought an Aries brush guard for my Tundra from an online site, who made no mention anywhere I couldn't have it delivered to my apt, and when I talked to Aries directly (since it ships directly from them) they told me I had to find a business address where i could have it delivered, since they ship via 18 wheeler, etc. Kinda funny that they ship something like that on an 18-wheeler. Working for Dell, we ship servers on LTL carriers like Roadway and Watkins, yet Aries wouldn't ship it that way. Anyway, they went to one of their '3rd party merchants' and had it brought up to a mom and pop freight shop and I brought it home in the back of the truck. Anyway, off the subject LOL I haven't seen many customized Titan's up here in Austin, though I'm sure they're around. Only mod I've seen is a brush guard and aftermarket muffler kits (not sure if they were Banks or not)

When I took my truck to Tom Pea**** for service a couple of weeks ago, they were VERY interested in the lift kit and leveling kit, and the fender flares & grille as well........
