The crf is awesome at 290 and i'm probably alot faster on it, but the big power is alot of fun on the suzi

Is there a contingency place if we get rained on or is everyone just going to head back home?

Not aware of an alternate plan. Actually, I think that I am going to bail on this one. I really wanted this all to work out but it looks as though the weather certainly is not going to play in our favor. I'm actually hoping that everyone chooses to 86 the idea so that we can set it up for a couple weeks from now instead. The problem is that there are probably guys that are still planning on going and won't know it if others are planning to back out. Thats the sucky part. I feel bad about backing out since I started this whole thing in the first place. I just feel as though we would have a much better time if it were a sunny afternoon as opposed to fighting with the on and off showers that will be occuring all day tomorrow. Once again, I'm sorry for backing out guys. I really DID want this to all work out for this weekend. If anyone is still planning on making it, remember that I-10 and 610W interchanges will all be closed for the weekend. Avoid this area like the plague!! Talk to everyone later.

Dude, this mostly sux, but kinda helps if we do go ahead and postpone. A friend's mom needs help moving out of her house and I have been feeling guilty about not responding to the call for help. So if we reschedule, then I will help out, if we are still on, then I will be there! (unless it is raining, then I will not be there)

WHY NOT MEET AT THE HOUSTON AUTO SHOW???

i went today and it was a good time. lots of neat new cars, and worth the $10. just a suggestion.

i am also bailing out. i have to drive to houston monday, and i drove to north houston today, so gas is starting to bite me this week. and the weather is cold / rainy / bad.

Ok, postphonement then I reckon.

I will be at the autoshow if any of you guys go. I'm a 6'5" guy with longish brown hair. We'll be there right after noon.

So let's all get together and see if we can't plan another meet!

Rescheduling works for me also. The weather is not cooperating for an outdoor meet.

Besides, my son was selected for a select baseball team yesterday and their first practice is today. In a few weeks the weather should start to get better. If not, maybe we can meet at a restaurant or something.

I wound-up at the dragstrip anyway. There were lots of Chevys and only one Hemi. Got to beat on a S2000 Honda car though!

Well I'm probably going to the dragstrip tomorrow night. After that I'm pulling the nitrous off so I can get my seatbelt cover recall thing done and show them the bubbling bedliner.
