My wife and I (and Titan) went on a day trip to Tyler, Texas to tour the HGTV (Home and Garden Television) Dream Home. The $1,500,000 furnished lake home is spectacular and well worth the $15.00 per person admission. (Proceeds go to charity)

The home even has air conditioned living quarters in the boat house! The floor plan is very interesting and there are lots of amenities such as pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, plasma tv's, elevator, 30 ft ceilings, etc.

My wife and I had lots of fun on the trip and there is lots of other things to do in Tyler as well. It has an excellent zoo for example. I would highly recommend this as a day drip. My wife and I drove 200 miles round trip from Shreveport, LA and thought that it was well worth it.
